What is the Long Beach Mile?

An inaugural evening road mile along the Long Beach waterfront. Fast, flat, and fully timed — built for PR chasers, first-timers, and the local running community.

When and where is the race?

Thursday, August 13, 2026. Waves run from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM at Marine Stadium Launch Ramps, 5413 Appian Way, Long Beach, CA 90803.

How do I register?

Head to our registration page and select your wave. Standard entry is $39, Youth (14 & under) is $24. A 10% processing fee is added at checkout. Registration closes when waves are full.

Can I change my wave after registering?

Wave changes may be requested until 72 hours before race start, subject to availability. All registrations are final — no refunds.

Is there parking?

Paid parking is available in nearby city lots and structures. We recommend rideshare, carpooling, or arriving early to enjoy the waterfront.

What does my entry include?

Chip timing, closed-road course, start corrals by pace, finish-line arch + photo moment, on-course medical support, music on the mile, post-race recovery station, and digital results.

How do I apply for the elite/invitational field?

Elite and invitational entries are by application only. Contact us at kirk@pyramidprintinglb.com with your mile PR and recent race results.

What are group codes?

Schools, clubs, and teams can get a group code. For every 10 runners that register using a group code, the group earns $100. Group codes and discount codes cannot be combined.
