The Long Beach Mile collects personal information (name, email, phone, date of birth) solely for race registration, timing, results posting, and event communications.

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data may be shared with timing providers, payment processors (Stripe), and email services (for registration confirmations and race logistics) as necessary to operate the event.

Payment information is processed securely by Stripe and is never stored on our servers.

Race results (name, age, gender, wave, finish time) are posted publicly as part of the event record.

You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting hello@lbmile.com.
